Location
The UTMB student apartments are on the Northwest side of Austin near the Arboretum.
Arrival and Departure
You will pick up your key from the apartment complex office. Since the apartment office is now closed on Sundays. You must pick up your housing key during the new office hours:
Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm
Saturday: 11am – 4 pm
Sunday: Office is Closed
Please contact Texas AHEC East - Capital Region if you absolutely cannot work with this schedule to get a key. Please DO NOT arrive on Friday if at all possible to get into your apartment. This will allow enough time for those leaving the apartments to pack their things and go before you arrive. The best time to arrive is during the apartment office hours on the Saturday before your rotation starts. Pick up your key at the apartment office - hours are listed above. When its time for you to leave the apartment., please leave on Friday night or Sat. morning so that incoming students will have the space to move in on Saturday. Remember to drop your keys off at the apartment office before you leave!
Roommates
All UTMB students requesting housing in Austin should expect to have roommates. This means that 4 people will be in each apartment. unless someone cancels before your rotation.
